Reforma Map V2.3 mod for ATS1.44.

Changelog v2.3
Adaptation for patch 1.44.
The city of Sacramento is replaced by SCS option for compatibility with converted California.
A new connection south of Redding.
Part of the card from Trucke was converted.
Error correction.

Compatible only with 1.44 version of ATS
ALL map dlc is required for this map
