Map of Russia (51 cities) and the Republic of Belarus (18 cities).

Version 2.46.2:
- the north-east of the Leningrad region has been rebuilt
- embedded hidden parts from the DLC "Heart of Russia" and the SZM addon
- partial restructuring of outdated card assets has been carried out
