Added new interior sounds, truck noise sounds (suspension noise), truck effect sounds (gear change), compatibility to the mod truck Scania R2012 by Fred and overall updated to a new template, which works for the game ETS2 v1.43+

This mod adds a V8 Sound made from a Swedish truck, Scania R500 Ostervalls.
