SCS Lowboy Trailer Accessories Pack Fix V1.2 mod for ATS1.48.

Fixes:
Flashing lights have been temporarily removed.
Adjusted the lights that were floating
Adjusted the brightness of lights that did not appear in convoy mode

This mod adds:
Bumpers with many slots
Markers with many slots
Various lights (brake light, turn signal light, position light, etc.)
Adds 3 general customization options (normal with slots, chrome with slots, and chromed steel with slots).
