Smart 20IN Steering Wheels mod for ATS1.47.

Update for 1.47

Description:
Modeled after an SCS’ “Exclusive” steering wheel.
These steering wheels have 20IN / 500mm diameter so more of the dash is visible (SCS’ steering wheels are 18IN / 460mm),
They have a wooden rim; the leather-textures are available in colors: beige, black, blue, gray, natural, and red.
They have the manufacturers’ logo of the truck you’re using.
Spinners added that work on every truck with spinner slots (not just wheels in this mod).
