Smart Steering Wheels mod for ATS1.46.

New steering wheels
Modeled after the SCS “Exclusive” steering wheel, they have a diameter of 20 inches / 500 mm, so most of the dashboard is visible (SCS steering wheels are 18 inches / 460 mm)
Wooden rim
The skin textures are available in colors: beige, black, blue, gray, natural and red
There is a logo of the truck manufacturer that you are using
Changes: Added support for Western Star 5700XE
