SpinTires Mudrunner – Fix for DLC Old-Timers v1.0

Fix for DLC Old-Timers v1.0 mod for Spintires Mudrunner.
The loaded cart, after fixation, when dumping the load, begins to throw out four short logs, and not like now.
And as a result, you can overload them in another truck. Or download back if turned over.
Checked on the new map. In multiplayer, it should work if the EXE mod has not crashed.
