Transparent Default Sunvisors V1.0 mod for ETS2 1.43.x.

This mod makes the default visors transparent, also fixes the position of the visor in MP4, and adds a larger visor to the large MAN Euro 6 cab.

Visors are redone only where it was necessary:

Volvo FH 2012
