Utility 2000R Trailer v1.3.1 mod for ATS1.46.

- Fixed incorrect mapping on roll door rear body accessory

This mod adds a 1988 Utility 2000R 40' x 96" reefer trailer. Itfeatures an animated Thermo King Super II refrigeration unit, advancedcoupling, and full use of the trailer paintjob system's current featureset.
