W900 Dashboard V1.8 mod for ATS1.46.

Ver. 1.8 - Add Speed and Cruise control display on dashboard computer.
This is mini MOD for SCS Kenworth W900's dashboard.

Customise from SCS original
- Dashboard illumination is green, and pointer illumination has kept the red. When lights is off, gauge color has kept white scales/red pointer.
- Change to headlight interlocked illumination.(ATS 1.4 or later)
- Add dimmer control when lights is on.
- Add Speed and Cruise control display on dashboard computer.(ATS 1.46 or later)
