Walker Food Grade Tanker mod for ATS1.48.

This is a walker food-grade tanker for American Truck Simulator. 

-It has 19 chassis (3 lengths 43', 48', and 53' each with 6, 6, and 7 configs). 
-It has 6 cargos to haul each with realistic weights and pickup and dropoff locations. 
-The chrome on the main tanker has been tuned to be as similar to real life as possible. 

This is all while keeping good performance on most computers.
