Modified ambient, diffuse, specular, env_static_mod, sky_color, fog_color, fog_offset, cloud_shadow_weight.

Used the scs weather as a base with new lighting and new 8k and 16k textures.
300+ skybox all in 8k,
clear sky,
cloudy sky,
fog

Compatible with all map mods,
Needed Weather 2.1
no need to extract just put it in the mod folder.
