Weather V2.9 mod for ETS2 1.48.

300+ skybox all in 8k, size 21mb, clear sky, cloudy sky, fog, compatible with all map mods, no need to extract just put it in the mod folder.

Removed useless sky cloud texture, it’s about 30% smaller, improved lighting on asphalt at dawn and dusk. 2 new addons.
