Western Star 5700XE Expedite Truck v1.1 mod for ATS1.49.

Update: v1.1
- Added placard holders and chromed boxes on both sides of the truck. There are plans to make these optional in the future, once I figure out how.

Description:
This mod adds a new chassis and dryvan box to the Western Star 5700XE.

This cannot haul cargo!
It's also not skinnable right now, because I don't know how to make it skinnable
And it might be a bit janky, I haven't fully tested it on a vanilla profile
