This mod improves Western Star 5700XE

Dashboard:
– added current speed indicator;
– added water temperature indicator;
– added remaining fuel in tank indicator;
– added guessed operating range of vehicle indicator;
– added remaining fuel in tank percent indicator;
– added remaining adblue in tank percent indicator;
– added retarder icon;
– added ETA (estimated time to arrival) indicator, hidden when time is not available (no delivery, no navigation etc.);
– added time until rest is needed indicator, hidden when fatigue option is disabled;
– changed starting page;
– changed cruise control activation indicators group;
– removed page “Parking menu”;
– fixes and improvments.
